Final Analysis

The All American 921 Pressure Cooker is expensive and when I say expensive I mean $360 expensive. That being said, this product works like a $360 canner/pressure cooker should work.

It is a very large and hefty item however it is made from hand-cast aluminum so that is to be expected. When you have it out you need to be sure it is not on a glass stove top as the weight of this (with ingredients inside) could potentially damage your stove – just make sure to keep it on the counter or something.

Overall it is a perfect pressure cooker and canner. It does a fantastic job on a variety of foods that need pressure cooked and it cans to perfection. For people wanting the Cadillac of canners/pressure cookers, this is the product for you!
